Where is the promo code field?
| Sign-up method | Where to enter 1XNGG |
|---|---|
| One-click | Directly under the country and currency selectors |
| By phone | Below the phone number, before you request the SMS code |
| By e-mail | At the end of the form, above the bonus selection |
| Social networks | On the form shown before you connect your social account |
On some versions of the site the field is collapsed behind a link such as “Add promo code”. Tap it to open the field.
Using the code in the 1xBet app
The registration form in the Android and iOS apps has the same promo code field. Download the app only from the official 1xBet website or app store page — never from a third-party APK site. Details: 1xBet app promo code.
Registration code vs bet slip code
There are two different places for codes on 1xBet. 1XNGG goes in the registration form and unlocks the welcome bonus. The promo code field in the bet slip is for free-bet codes you buy in the Promo Code Store. Entering 1XNGG in the bet slip will not work.
Common mistakes
- Making a deposit before entering the code.
- Typing the code with a space or a different letter (it is 1XNGG).
- Creating a second account — the welcome bonus is one per person, household and device.
- Not choosing a bonus during registration, or opting out of bonuses in the profile settings.
- Depositing with a payment method that is excluded from the welcome offer.
